Broad Street in Richmond, VA, and related parking assets. As with our other Richmond properties, Theater Row is an historic preservation building, with close proximity to Virginia Commonwealth University. Theater Row is in the center of the Arts District, directly across the street from the Maggie Walker statue and Pulse Bus stop. Our post-acquisition investment and integration process is underway.
