Theater Row Apartments is a recently renovated, historic preservation building in the center of the Arts District, across from the Maggie Walker statue and the Pulse Bus stop, and four blocks from VCU.  Historic features, such as exposed brick walls and hardwood floors, are combined with modern amenities.  All apartments include free high speed Wifi. Residents pay for all other utilities. Limited, off-street, resident parking is also available for $75/month per permit.
