The Cornish Home Brewery opened in 1885, and quenched thirsts in Richmond and beyond for many years. It was redeveloped into 37 apartments in 2008, and is a landmark building on the corner of Clay and Harrison Streets, about a block from VCU’s Siegel Center. The property’s historic features include old grain storage equipment, arched brick ceilings, and the original rail spur and loading dock used for deliveries—preserved among beautiful living spaces. All apartments include free high speed Wifi. Residents pay for all other utilities. Wired for DIRECTV.  Limited, off-street, resident parking is also available for $75/month per permit. Pets are permitted, subject to management approval, breed limitations, and additional fees.
